ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 4 peeled garlic cloves
- 175 ml olive oil
- 29.58 ml lemon juice
- 2.46 ml salt
directions
- Place egg & garlic in blender & whizz until garlic is smooth.
- Lower the speed & add the olive oil in a slow stream, with the motor still going until the oil has emulsified & thickened.
- Add lemon juice & salt.
