My own spin on deviled eggs compiled from many other recipes.
- 3 eggs, hard boiled
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash salt
- pickle juice
- Mash the yokes of the eggs into bowl and mix in remaining ingredients.
- Place in zip lock bag and cut tip out to pipe into egg white halves.
Yummy! I used 1/2 the mayo. Skipped the juice. Just a touch of relish which gave a bit of sweetness. Thanks!
Nice flavor change from the usual. I doubled the recipe and DH gobbled them up. Made for the Beverage Tag Game.
Very good deviled eggs! I used just a drip of pickle juice so that it wouldn't overpower, but gave some flavor. Then I sprinkled with paprika. Thanks for posting!
