"Yummy bacon honey mustard chicken"

• Serves: 3-4

ingredients

• 4 chicken breasts
• seasoning salt
• 6 slices bacon
• 1⁄4 cup mustard
• 1⁄3 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 tablespoon onion powder
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil
• 1 cup mushroom (optional)
• 2 cups cheese (cheddar or marble)

directions

1. Marinade chicken in seasoning salt for 30 minutes.
2. Mix mustard, honey, mayo, and onion.
3. Heat oil on medium heat. Saute chicken 3-5 minutes per side.
4. Move chicken to roasting pan.
5. apply mustard mixture to chicken. Layer with mushrooms, bacon, and cheese (in that order).
6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
