Alfredo's BBQ Fish Marinade

"This makes a lot of marinate. If you're having a cook-out and need to get some flavor on that fish drop a couple pounds of it in this sauce for a couple hours and you'll have some amazing filets on your hands."

• Serves: 30

ingredients

• 1 cup soy sauce
• 1 cup lime juice
• 1 cup vinegar
• 1 cup oil
• 2 teaspoons pepper
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon lawrys season salt
• 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds
• 1 garlic clove, minced

directions

1. Marinate the fish for at least one hour before cooking. Any less would be wasting this fine marinate.
