This recipe is my absolute favorite! I enjoy it served over hot pasta, along with garlic bread!

This was great. We added some blackened chicken breast for a little extra kick and I can't wait to make it again.


  1. Dissolve chicken boullion cubes in 1/2 cup water.
  2. Melt butter over low heat in saucepan.
  3. Gradually, stir in flour.
  4. Continue stirring and gradually add half-and-half.
  5. Add chicken boullion.
  6. Increase heat to medium and continue stirring.
  7. Cook until thickened.
  8. Stir in parmesan cheese and garlic powder, if desired.
  9. Serve over hot pasta and garnish with parsley.
