Recipe by Bay Laurel
I love alfredo and wanted an easy recipe that my 7 yr old daughter could make. The key for me was letting her chose the type of pasta to use. When she made this recipe, she chose penne AND rotoni. This is a recipe everyone can enjoy and anyone can make in many variations.

DH loves fettucini alfredo and this recipe was a winner. I used fettucini noodles and unsalted butter. Omitted the salt and added fresh ground pepper. Creamy and rich alfredo noodles, takes no time to make, and DH asked me to make the noodles again! Made and reviewed for Pick A Chef Fall 2009.
