This is a good salsa... I only used one habanero and no habanero sauce and it was still pretty hot, I thought. I halved the salt and thought that was plenty, I'm glad I didn't use more. I also used less cracked pepper, which is what I normally do when it's called for in a recipe. I took it to work and many people remarked on how fresh it tasted. Made for PAC Fall 2011.
