For all people who have allergies like me. I make my own chicken nuggets. They're (garlic) *free*.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • chicken, thin sliced I prefer (Purdue)
  • idaho instant potato flakes
  • milk
  • egg


  1. First take the chicken and wash it.
  2. Cut the chicken into squares.
  3. Dip into the mixing (which is milk and 3 eggs) and then mix with fork.
  4. After dip the chicken in the potato buds.
  5. Ok now take the chicken and put it in the fryolator.
  6. It should be nice and crispy!
