Alcoholic Rice

"Instead of using water, I substitute it with beer and wine giving this recipe a much more flavorful taste."

ingredients

• 2 cups white rice
• 1⁄2 cup white wine
• 1⁄4 cup red wine
• 6 ounces bottles beer
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1⁄4 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch black pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon parsley

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together well in a rice cooker and cook till done.
2. Fluff with fork and enjoy.
