This is from my son-in-law's mom, Debbie. She makes these squares often and they are FANTASTIC! They are different from the other coconut slice recipes on zaar.

  1. Grease a 9x13-inch pan with butter. Line with graham crackers.
  2. Bring butter, egg and milk to boil. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; mix well and spread over wafers. Cover with more wafers.
  3. Keep in fridge.
