Easy, tasty, yes, a very good spread. I halved the recipe and added fresh dill but will certainly make again and then try with one or more of the other suggested seasonings. <br/>Thanks for posting.<br/>Made for PAC, Spring 2013.

Followed your recipe right on down & had a great tasting spread that we initially enjoyed on a couple of soft tortillas & later on some toast whole grain bread! Delicious, absolutely! And the recipe is a great keeper, for sure! Thanks for sharing it! [Made & reviewed in the current Think Pink Special]

Excellent salmon spread! I halved the recipe and added 1/2 tsp Mrs Dash garlic-herb (no salt) seasoning. I left out the milk (didn't have any) and didn't miss it. Will be using as a sandwich filling for lunches (and looking forward to it!) Thanks for sharing! :)
