My husband is SO picky and I'm a vegetarian so hard for me to decide what may be tasty or not. I decided to try this for him. We ended up not grilling until the next day so it marinated a little over 24 hours. It didn't smell good or look good. I wasn't sure if it would be good. Husband loved it! He can't wait to have it again!! Thanks for sharing such an interesting recipe.

I didn't have any horseradish on hand so I used a tsp of wasabi powder, worked out fine. Delicious with a zing! Will keep this recipe on hand! Thanks Sue!

What a great way to do chicken. So different from anything we've ever done, but WOW, what a taste treat! Even picky DD2 loved it and took the left overs home with her! I cannot wait to serve this to some of our barbecuing friends--they will definitely be amazed!!! Thanks for posting this new treat!

I've never had white barbecue before and that's a shame because it's terrific. I used chicken breasts and they were unbelievably juicy, I believe due to the marinade. I probably didn't get as much smokey flavor because of the shorter grilling time but we didn't really miss it.
