There is another recipe quite similar to this one, except for one addition: Beer. I'm not that crazy about the taste of beer in cooking, so here is my recipe.

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Rinse shrimp with cold water; drain well.
  3. Layer shrimp, lemon slices and onion slices in 13x9 baking dish.
  4. Pour butter mixture over shrimp.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 400ºF for 20 to 25 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  6. Baste occasionally with pan juices.
  7. Garnish with rosemary.
