This is a simple recipe and most people have the needed ingredients on hand. It was in a cookbook Mother gave me from the Huntsville, Alabama Pilot Club years ago. I have made my changes to it over the years. Hope you enjoy it!

This was great! I used butter in place of the margarine and used bone-in breasts and thighs. I would use less than 1/4 cup flour for this next time. I cooked the pieces at 400F for about 45 minutes - crispy skin and moist meat. Made for Best of 2011. Thanks eHelen! :)
