Excellent flavor. We all loved the rosemary on these air-fried potatoes. My oven has an air fry mode that I'm still trying to figure out. It took me a lot longer to get the potatoes cooked than the recipe calls for - I know it's my oven setting though. It might be a matter of using a higher temperature than called for in recipes. It gives me a reason to cook these potatoes again...YUM!

My screen name is a diminutive in Lithuanian for bread, so you won't be suprised to learn that I love to bake bread. In recent years I have been baking a lot of sourdough breads and have several starters sitting in my refrigerator. But I like to cook a lot of other things, as well, especially from various cultures.
