"From the Pillsbury website. Their recipe is for 8 servings, I cut it in half, which i think makes 4 somewhat skimpy servings, especially if you like potatoes......."

  1. These potatoes were awesome! I skimped on the oil a little bit, and these came out super crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. It took about 20 minutes at 375, and made enough for the two of us. (DH really likes his potatoes...)

  2. Very tasty dish...it's so easy to prepare...I cooked mine for about 20 minutes and glad that I checked on them...they were getting really crispy...but perfect for us...the hubby enjoyed his with a side of ketchup...I made the whole recipe and it feed the two of us...made for "Only the Lonely" tag game...

  3. Excellent flavor. We all loved the rosemary on these air-fried potatoes. My oven has an air fry mode that I'm still trying to figure out. It took me a lot longer to get the potatoes cooked than the recipe calls for - I know it's my oven setting though. It might be a matter of using a higher temperature than called for in recipes. It gives me a reason to cook these potatoes again...YUM!
