Garlic heaven! I actually used 5 cloves of garlic, and used the stuff as a dipping sauce for steamed veggies. I also mixed some into some beaten eggs and made a great omelette this morning. I highly recommend this, just don't expect to do any serious kissing after all that garlic!

It had a little too much garlic and there was a burn but we liked it with http://www.food.com/recipe/tortilla-espa-ola-spanish-potato-omelette-248857

This is so easy and so much tastier than what you can get in the store. Huge garlic flavor with the perfect amount of tang from the lemon juice.

Yum, Yum, YUM! This IS for garlic lovers only...also for people that don't mind tasting garlic for hours after eating this sauce...even my ice cream tasted like garlic, lol. I served mine with Panko Crusted Shrimp Panko Crusted Shrimp. Can't wait to see what I put the leftovers on today. Thanks for posting!

Loved it - just the right amount of garlic. I served this with oven baked chips (fries) & it was very tasty. I think it needed just a bit more lemon juice though, perhaps an extra 1/2T? Also, I only put in 1/4t of salt - and it was just right. For me 1/2t would have been too much. Thanks for posting, this has gone straight into my favourite dressings cookbook.

I have used this recipe from Emeril several times, but I like to roast the garlic in the oven first. It is heavenly. I am making it today for some chicken wings!
