Great dip for mostly anything! (Try baked plantains, potatoes, sandwiches...)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- garlic, minced (use to your own discretion, more the better!)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning (also use to your own discretion, more the better.)
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- Mix everything! Easy! Enjoy!
Very, very good. I served it with crab cakes, and it was just wonderful. I used 3/4 tsp. cajun seasoning and one large clove of garlic -- which was possibly too much. We were reeking the rest of the night, but it sure was yummy.
