Very, very good. I served it with crab cakes, and it was just wonderful. I used 3/4 tsp. cajun seasoning and one large clove of garlic -- which was possibly too much. We were reeking the rest of the night, but it sure was yummy.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • garlic, minced (use to your own discretion, more the better!)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning (also use to your own discretion, more the better.)
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
