An Australian cocktail found in my bartender's guide. Fruity & refreshing!
- 30 ml Midori melon liqueur
- 30 ml Cointreau liqueur
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 45 ml pineapple juice
- 10 ml banana liqueur
- Build all ingredients except banana liqueur.
- Slowly pour banana liqueur down the side of the galss so it settles at the bottom.
It's not too sweet because of the lemon juice. I used Grand Marnier instead of Cointreau. This is so cute with the banana liqueur at the bottom :) Thanks Mandy. Made for Bevy tag
Great Cocktail. A bit sweet and strong for me but after adding some lemonade it mellowed it out a bit. Pretty colour.
Ooh!!! Me LIKEY!!! this was really good! i wasnt sure if the flavors were gonna mix well but they did! its a tropical yet tangy drink! thanks mandy! oh and of course i topped it off by a cherry on top! ;)
