    • 8 ounces fresh ahi , chopped into 1/2 inch cubes (yellow fin tuna)
    • ½ cup maui onion , chopped
    • 2 stalks green onions , sliced thin (scallions)
    • 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
    • 2 teaspoons shoyu (soy sauce)
    • ¾ teaspoon hawaiian sea salt (white or alaea)
    • sesame seed , a large pinch

    Directions:

      Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate over night or 6 hours.

      Serve on mixed lettuce greens or shredded cabbage and top with sesame seeds.
