GREAT fresh Tuna recipe!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces fresh ahi, chopped into 1/2 inch cubes (yellow fin tuna)
  • 12 cup maui onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced thin (scallions)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
  • 2 teaspoons shoyu (soy sauce)
  • 34 teaspoon hawaiian sea salt (white or alaea)
  • sesame seeds, a large pinch

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate over night or 6 hours.
  2. Serve on mixed lettuce greens or shredded cabbage and top with sesame seeds.
