This is just to easy! It is a sweet/sour side dish from Denmark. Posted for ZWT'06.

Great flavor! I used about 8 small cucumbers from the garden and this made plenty of juice for them. I am really enjoying them.

  1. Peel the cucumbers and slice very thin. Mix the other ingredients and pour over the cucumbers.
  2. May be eaten at once but flavor will improve with standing for several hours at room temperature.
  3. Store in the fridge after brining.
