  • Peel the cucumbers and slice very thin. Mix the other ingredients and pour over the cucumbers.
  • May be eaten at once but flavor will improve with standing for several hours at room temperature.
  • Store in the fridge after brining.

  4. My family has had a recipe similar to this, but they have always added onions. I never knew how much to add of the sugar/vinegar so this helps a lot! I love this recipe!!!
