Very simple, plain, moist brownie. Makes a large amount. I make these quite often when the kids are due home from school and there is nothing to snack on in the house. Hence the name.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 12 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 13x15 jelly roll pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for approx.
  3. 20 minutes.
  4. Frost or sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Great rich taste.Moist and fudgy! Ultra easy to make. I am totally impressed by this recipie! Made two batches already. I made some modification in my second batch and it was still superb! For those who are health conscious... I cut down sugar and oil and added more cocoa for a bittersweet effect. I added 1 cup of cocoa, 1 1/2 sugar and only 150mls of oil! Excellent for quick dessert!
