After-School Strawberry Banana Shake

Mmm...a cool, fruity smoothie on a hot day! This is an official "Five A Day" recipe.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 pint strawberry, washed and stemmed
  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 12 cup plain yogurt or 12 cup strawberry yogurt
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cups ice cubes, divided


  1. Place all ingredients except 1 1/2 cups ice cubes in blender; blend on high speed until smooth, scraping down the side occasionally.
  2. Add remaining ice and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
