- Make up the cocoa by combining cocoa powder and boiling water in a liqueur coffee glass.
- Add creme de menthe and stir.
- Spoon or pipe whipped cream on top.
This is so delicious! At first I didn't know if you meant to use Hershey's cocoa powder or Cocoa mix, like hot chocolate, so I tried both. The Hersheys' Cocoa was not sweet enough. I ended up using Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate mix 1 serving packet mixed with water. The results were delicious! This is a wonderfully relaxing, chocolatey, minty evening drink! Thanks, Evie*!
