Serve with fruit and wafer biscuits - excellent with coffee

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 4 ounces chocolate, grated
  • 2 ounces roasted almonds, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Tia Maria (or other coffee liqueur)
  • 14 pint cream

Directions

  1. Beat ricottta and grated chocolate well together.
  2. Add remining ingredients and stir through.
  3. Pile into bowl and serve.
