This was a major part of my 'self-indulge weekend' and so I made it twice! Loved the flavour of the brandy with the Kahlua and coffee. I did dribble a few drops of chocolate syrup over the whipped cream for extra eye-appeal (and because you can never have too much chocolate - especially when you're indulging ;-)).
We sat in front of the fireplace and sipped these with the lights out. Wonderful! We tried a second one with blackberry brandy and it was great too. Thanks Bev for another recipe that we will repeat often.
What a lovely way to end a winter evening meal, I have made speciality coffees before but never with Kahlua added, thanks Bev. :)
