      This was OMG-good! The sauce was the perfect balance between peanut butter, coconut milk and spices. My only comment about the recipe is that in the ingredient list it just states 1/2 ground ginger. I assumed that to be 1/2 teaspoon, so that's the amount I added (since we're not exactly fans of ginger, I didn't want to add much more). The end result is a yummy, flavorful and moist dish of tasty chicken thighs with a wonderful African Peanut Sauce. Yum! This is my current favorite dish.       This chicken has a lot of flavor, but is not overpowering! I cut the recipe down to 3 b/s chicken thighs and instead of cooking in the slow cooker, I put them in the oven at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. They came out juicy and so tender; next time I will make more sauce though, it was great mixed with Wali - Kenyan Coconut Rice! Made for ZWT 7-THE HOT PINK LADIES.

      We loved this chicken. Very tasty. Next time I would add some veggies to the sauce like carrots or pepper, so it would make a stew.
