  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan and brown the chicken.
  3. Remove and set chicken aside.
  4. Saute onions until translucent.
  5. Combine 1/2 cup of the water with the peanut butter and mix until smooth. Add to saucepan along with chicken and remaining ingredients.
  6. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
