This sauce recipe comes from some missionaries in Africa. It's usually eaten with rice and I'm sure it would taste nice with some additional vegetables, tofu, or chicken as well.

  1. In a skillet heat oil, onions, and garlic for about 2-4 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for about 8-10 more minutes.
  3. Serve hot over rice.

I had to add about 1/2 cup of water to the sauce as it was way too thick. Taste is good , but I added some currypowder to spice it up. Very good over rice, but could even use an extra kick. Thanks for posting. Made for ZWT4.
