Tender melt in mouth chicken--a favourite after tandoori chicken. This is devoured in road side restaurants here (in New Delhi India) and is delicious!
- 1 chicken (cut into pieces)
- 1 tablespoon melon seeds
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed (soaked for 1 hour)
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons powdered black pepper
- 5 -6 green cardamoms
- Grind together the melon seeds , poppy seeds , pepper and cardamoms
- Prick the chicken pieces in 2-3 places.
- Mix with the rest of the ingredients and marinate for 5-6 hours.
- Grill in a oven till golden and serve hot.
