This was for a Girl Guide Cooking Badge. It is my favourite. Dill is a must for the right flavour.
- 3⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dill
- salt and pepper
- whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Serve over Greek salad.
An easy Greek salad dressing - I liked the addition of the dill with the oregano- made this dressing a little different to the usual Greek style dressings. Reviewed for PAC even April 2013
