I have never been able to lay my hand on Adobo Seasoning before, but have often seen it in recipes.
I was delighted to find this, and have the opportunity to try it.
Not only is it the simplest of seasoning mixes to throw together ( with the most surprising of ingredients, as far as I was concerned), but it tastes just fab.
So far, I have just been throwing it onto chicken, and in turn throwing that onto the barbecue-which has been just DELICIOUS ( hence why I haven't progressed much farther!), but I fully intend to exploit it's full potential, and will be using it on just about everything I can think of in the very near future....
