This is adobo as hazel, a native of quezon province, serves it. She always adds two tablespoons of sugar because she likes it sweet; too bad, it don't.
- 1⁄2 kg pork or 1⁄2 kg chicken
- crushed garlic
- 2 pieces onions
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Cook pork until golden brown.
- Add cooking oil with crushed garlic and onion.
- Bring to boil.
- Add soy sauce and vinegar.
