A tasty marinade to use on meats, chicken, tempeh, and fish!
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons dried Mexican oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1⁄3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup orange juice
- 1⁄3 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Mix all ingredients together and use on meats, chicken, tempeh, or fish.
