This was very good, although I think I baked mine a few minutes too long. My oven tends to run very hot, so I baked mine at 315 degrees for 70 minutes. Next time I will remove it five minutes sooner. This is a very sweet cake with a lovely texture. I glazed mine, but next time will probably serve it plain.
