I like this recipe because it is mostly healthy with quality ingredients and tastes amazing. Perfect for kids of any age on a hot summer day or all year around. Have fun and add or substitute your favorites. Optional Ingredients: Oats – Add a ¼ cup of plain oats for an extra filling nutritious shake with added fiber. Yogurt or Kefir – Add 1-2 tablespoons of unsweetened organic yogurt or kefir for additional digestion and cleansing benefits. - 1 bananas or 1 favorite fruit
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder or 1 scoop vvanilla whey protein powder
- 5 -6 ounces cold milk (or dairy substitute)
