  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour a 13x9 inch pan.
  3. Mix dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in yogurt, oil, and eggs.
  5. Stir in carrots and nuts.
  6. Spread evenly in pan.
  7. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly on a rack, then remove from pan to finish cooling.
