Loved this recipe! I made them for my nephew's graduation party. They were the first ones gone and it makes a big pan.
Absolutely delicious, PaNik. I did as AmandaLynn suggested. It tasted like pecan pie but supersized with the crust. So glad your mom erred! We live in pecan country, so pecans are readily available. Excellent recipe! Once you've pressed the "Crust" into the baking dish, poke even rows of holes in it with a fork. That way some of the filling will seep into the crust making it extra yummy! Also, try roasting the pecans in a little butter with salt before you stir them in! :)
