"Pineapple and coconut virgin cocktail. I found it online and I've made this for breakfast before."

• 2 ounces pineapple juice
• 1 ounce coconut cream
• 1 ounce whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons coconut

directions

1. Blend all ingredients
2. Serve.

The flavor of this drink was out of this world! But it was really thick. I think next time I will add another ounce of pineapple juice or kick it up a little and add an ounce of coconut rum. Thanks for posting a great recipe!
