Another "regional" cocktail from the *Afternoon Delights* section of the Australian Women's Weekly "Cocktail Guide" cookbook. *Enjoy*
- Put all ingredients into a shaker w/ice. Shake vigorously till well-blended & smooth.
- Pour into a well-chilled 8 oz highball glass & garnish w/pineapple as desired.
Nice drink, smooth and sweet. I used Kahlua and was surprised how well it went with the pineapple juice. This one packs a punch too - thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for ZWT8, Chefs gone WILD!
It has a very good taste but a bit too sweet. I'll try it again soon but without the coconut cream. I'M sure it's even more yummy! Thanks Twissis :) Made for Photo tag game
