So simple, and yet so very tasty. Living at my MIL (hopefully a very temporary situation) my families diet has changed drastically. Fresh veggies are not the norm. When I came across this recipe today, I knew I had to have it with vegetables... So for lunch today I sliced up a red bell pepper and a celery stalk. The dressing was fabulous on both. I can't wait to try it on a nice salmon filet or other piece of fish. Unfortunately that will have to wait a while as MIL will only allow canned salmon or tuna in the house :(
