Acadia's Super Easy Caesar Dill Sauce

"This recipe came about when the base ingredient for "Acadia's Super Easy Dill Sauce was used up, so this was my substitution. Enjoy it on fish or use it as a dip for fresh vegetables."

ingredients

  • 4 ounces caesar salad dressing (I use Marie's)
  • 2 tablespoons dill weed (I use freeze-dried or fresh)

directions

  • Mix dill weed with Caesar dressing.
  • Spread on fish (I top it on salmon) 1-minute before you remove it from the heat.
  • Enjoy!

  1. So simple, and yet so very tasty. Living at my MIL (hopefully a very temporary situation) my families diet has changed drastically. Fresh veggies are not the norm. When I came across this recipe today, I knew I had to have it with vegetables... So for lunch today I sliced up a red bell pepper and a celery stalk. The dressing was fabulous on both. I can't wait to try it on a nice salmon filet or other piece of fish. Unfortunately that will have to wait a while as MIL will only allow canned salmon or tuna in the house :(
