What a decadent smoothie! I made it a little less decadent by using fat free gelato (raspberry-mandarin-mango) and no sugar), but even so, it's a light and delicious pick me up that comes together quickly. There's only two of us, so we suffered through sharing it between the two of us instead of finding a third - oh, how difficult! ;o) Seriously, this is great stuff, Acadia!
