      Thumbs up from the Robson Clan! I made this last week instead of buying the store bought ones. The family loved it and have requested it for their lunch boxes this week. I used golden syrup instead of corn because of food allergies & also added dried cranberries because they were on hand. Thankyou for sharing :)

      Def AB-FAB !! :) So versatile...you really can not go wrong with this and the recipe is delightfully open and receptive to "mix-ins", "add-ons" and subs...I used some homemade nut butter and apple sauce instead of the oil ...I had no egg so I used a combo of flax seed and mashed banana for extra "binding"...I used some steel oats in addition to the 4 cups of whole and added wheat flour instead of the white...I had a fabulous chocolate bar on hand so used that in place of chips and threw in some peanut-butter chips as well (they have been in the freezer since leftover from Christmas cookies so it was their time {{lol}} )...really good...devilishly decadent and YUM!!
