Smoothie recipe taken from the Abs Diet book.
- 1 scoop low-fat orange sherbet
- 1⁄2 cup cantaloupe
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat milk
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla whey protein powder
- 3 ice cubes
- add all ingrediants to blender and blend until smooth.
