      Made for Recipe Swap #12, January 2008. I have never had Gnocchi before, but had always wanted to try it. I'm glad I made this recipe for my first try at gnocchi. I loved the spinach, bacon and chickn in this dish. I added some minced garlic and some red pepper flakes and ended up with a very enjoyable meal. Thanks, Elmotoo.

      Great recipe. Looking for one to use up some gnocchi and decided on this one. Used onion instead of leeks and added garlic but made as written.

      This was so delicious! I didn't have any leeks but I did saute and throw in zucchini pieces and artichoke hearts. Yum.

      Excellent. My son just made this for Mother's Day. Prep time did take longer than 20 minutes. I suggest adding some garlic to the leeks. Only used a couple cups of fresh spinach and it seemed plenty. Thanks Elmotoo for the great recipe.
