- of Brewers yeast powder or 6 tablets of the same added to a glass of juice and drank gives a rich source of Vitamin B complex for your body.
The ingredient list is a bit misleading. I used Red Star's nutritional yeast [for the B12] and this dissolved well. However I found it added a slightly bitter taste [and Red Star is not as bitter as some of the others]. However it is very healthy and is a good way of adding B vitamins to your diet.
