  • 473.18 ml ripe tomatoes, diced (about 4 medium tomatoes)
  • 14.79 ml minced garlic (1 clove)
  • 59.14 ml diced onion (about 1/4 of a small white onion)
  • 59.14 ml chopped cilantro
  • 2 jalapenos, diced (stems and seeds removed)
  • 2 limes, juiced (2 tablespoons)
  • 7.39 ml olive oil
  • salt

  1. Excellent pico de gallo! My garlic clove was smallish, so I used coarse-ground garlic salt to make up for it. And I deseeded the jalapeno pepper but kept most of its membrane for spiciness. Looking forward to enjoying this recipe again and again!!
