Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups ripe tomatoes, diced (about 4 medium tomatoes)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (1 clove)
  • 14 cup diced onion (about 1/4 of a small white onion)
  • 14 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 jalapenos, diced (stems and seeds removed)
  • 2 limes, juiced (2 tablespoons)
  • 12 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and let it sit for half an hour.
  2. Inhale - use a spoon to assist.

Excellent pico de gallo! My garlic clove was smallish, so I used coarse-ground garlic salt to make up for it. And I deseeded the jalapeno pepper but kept most of its membrane for spiciness. Looking forward to enjoying this recipe again and again!!
