Made this and found it very tasty! I was a little worried about the chili powder amount but it seems to work right for this recipe. Hot and spicy with a tang - this is NOT your 'AVERAGE JOE' kind of wing sauce! Thanks Timothy for another great recipe. Made for FALL 2008 PAC.
Wonderful sauce - Peri Peri is our favourite. We live in Portugal 6 months of the year and that is where we were introduced to it because it is used extensively. Thanks for submitting. Not many people in this part of Canada are familiar with it.
