never tried this my circulation is fine, but i hope maybe it will help someone who's blood circulation is'nt good
- 10 -12 sprigs parsley
- 1 quart red wine or 1 quart white wine
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 9 ounces honey
- Combine parsley with wine and vinegar, boil for 10 minutes.
- Add honey.
- Strain mixture and pour into bottles.
- Take 1 tbsp, three times a day.
