  1. We tried this sandwich with Thanksgiving leftovers...it was wonderful. The Mango Chutney gives it such a different flavor than a regular turkey sandwich..the basil was good too...I was nervous that it would be a bust but my husband loved it! Thanks - do over and I emailed it out to some others too...

  2. Yummy sandwich. I used my leftover Thanksgiving turkey and instead of mango chutney, I used recipe#215923 and left off the tomato and basil. I made these sandwiches in my panini maker so the cheese was melted and the bread was toasted. Absolutely delish!!! Made for the Everyday is a Holiday tag, November, 2011.

  3. Yum! I ate this wonderful sandwich for lunch. It was very quick and simple to put together, I never thought that Turkey and Basil will go together but I really enjoyed all the flavours. Thank you Baby Kato for posting your recipe.

  4. Hey! I'm a Brit, we do mango chutney with everything, so this was a WINNER for me! Used some roasted turkey meat from a small turkey joint and gouda sliced cheese in place of provolone which we don't get in France. Used Sharman's Mango chutney and French boule bread, similar to Italian bread! Garnished with parsley and flavoured with dried basil as mine is not out yet! Totally fab and another great BK recette! Made for the Aussie/Kiwi recipe swap and the Magic of herbs in the Photo's forum! Merci darlink! Tartelette! :-)

  5. *Made for Australia/NZ Swap #40* "twas a hot and sticky afternoon after a few cool days, and Oh, Dear -- WHAT to have for dinner ! Had to go get the chutney but so glad I did -- DH said that made it Oh so much more than a grilled cheese sammie. Made according to recipe, and grilled on good old George F. -- served with roasted red pepper soup and left over potato salad. So much BK's high standards !! Thanks for posting !
